A specimen of Thessalian with ἀρχι-ττολιέω inflected as an athematic -μι verb

In addition to ἀρχιττολιτάρχε(-)ντος (= ἀρχιπολιταρχοῦντος gen.ptcpl. of ἀρχιπολιταρχέ(-)ω), IG IX, 2 1233 also contains several names in Thessalian form and with the genitive -οι as well as a mix of patronymic adjectives (Aeolic) and patronymic genitives (common).

For the lower-ranking magistracy, cf. Acts 17:6.
