S-stem adjectives (and personal names) across dialects
The name Damoteles (Attic-Ionic Demoteles) appears with an accusative, not in -η (< -εα < -e(s)a), but in -ην at Megalopolis (Arcadia: IG V, 2 439, line 79) and in -ειν at Orchomenos (Boeotia: IG VII 3171, lines 9-10). As an adjective, such an accusative is found in Aeolis (Hecatonnesi - Moschonesi: IG XII, 2 645 line 44).
